Brother Alleyne serves the End-Time Outpour Ministries as the Personal Ministry Assistant to Evangelist Jackson.  Brother Alleyne is responsible for covering the Minister in prayer, support, security, and maintenance.

Suffragan Bishop Delmar L. Jackson, II covers the End-Time Outpour Ministries as the Spiritual Apostolic Covering.  Bishop Jackson is the Senior Pastor of the Abundant Grace Assembly in Roanoke, Virginia.  Lady Jackson supports the ministry through prayer.  Pastor & Lady Jackson are also the natural parents of Evangelist Jackson.
