+Evangelist J. L. Jackson
"A Man of Visions and Dreams"

Evangelist J. L. Jackson was born Jamaal L. Jackson on April 1st, 1984 in Raleigh, North Carolina.  He and his family relocated to Danville, Virginia when he was at the age of 2.  In 1993, his family relocated once more to their present residence in Roanoke, Virginia.

Educated within the Roanoke City Public Schools System, Evangelist Jackson went on to achieve academic excellence by graduating from Patrick Henry High School.  He is currently dually pursuing a degree in Funeral Services and a Bachelors in Biblical Studies.

Having been called to the ministry over a decade ago, he began his work for the kingdom at an early age under the leadership of his father, Suffragan Bishop Delmar Jackson, II.  In 2000 he was licensed by the Virginia State Council Apostolic, Inc.  Evangelist Jackson is a 20th Century Samuel and Prophet with a charge to speak an end-time word that will empower the child of God and allow them to recognize the power that lies within them.

Evangelist Jackson serves the Abundant Grace Assembly of Roanoke, Virginia as the Pastor of Youth & Young Adult Ministries.  He can be seen working in the Kingdom in whatever way possible.  “God’s way has become his way.”  Evangelist Jackson is used in the office of the Preacher, the Prophet, the Teacher and the Evangelist.

In the year 2000, Evangelist Jackson founded Young With Vision Ministries (Now End-Time Outpour Prophetic Ministries), a Ministry that focuses on the People of the Outpour (Acts 2:17).  The Ministry is delivered through six basic ministry focus points: Preaching, Evangelism, Prayer, Praise &Worship, Outreach, and Comfort/Support.

In 2003, Evangelist Jackson was appointed to serve as the Assistant to the President for the Virginia State Council Young Peoples Union.  In July of 2004, Evangelist Jackson was elected as the State President of the Virginia State Council Young Peoples Union of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., he was re-elected into the Presidency in July of 2007.  Also in July 2007, he was appointed to serve as the Interntional Assistant Teen Director for the International Pentecostal Young Peoples Union (PAW, Inc.).

In 2006 he was elected to the National General Executive Board of the Kingdom Covenant Ministries (KCM) and elected as the first National Chief Adjutant and President of the House of Barnabas.  In the Spring of 2006 he was Executively Appointed to the National Senior Executive Board and as the Vice Chairman of Ecumenical Affairs.  KCM is an Inter-denominational Christian Brotherhood, dedicated to bringing unity into our Communities and into the Body of Christ.

Above all, JLJ is simply a man in pursuit of the heart and mind of God who has been called out to declare a word into the lives of the people of God, and it is his hope and desire that through his ministry you are able to sense his love for Christ and that you feel compelled to stregthen your relationship with God.
